2. collection of general information
When you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically collected. This information (server log files) includes the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your internet service provider and similar. This is exclusively information that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person. This information is technically necessary in order to correctly deliver the contents of web pages requested by you and is compulsory when using the Internet. Anonymous information of this kind is statistically evaluated by us in order to optimise our website and the technology behind it.

We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. 6. YouTube (embedded videos)
We may embed videos from the YouTube platform on our website (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Ireland; Google LLC, USA, if applicable). When loading an embedded video, YouTube receives at least your IP address and technical metadata so that the content can be delivered to your device. Content that is not required is only loaded after you have given your consent; we control the delivery via the consent tool described in section 3 "Cookies & Consent Management". Data may be transferred to third countries (in particular the USA); we base this on EU standard contractual clauses or applicable adequacy mechanisms. 7. google maps (embedded maps)

8. hotjar (behavioral analysis and surveys/feedback)
We use Hotjar (Hotjar Ltd., Malta) for behavioral analysis and to conduct user surveys and feedback widgets. Depending on usage, we process in particular technical usage data (e.g. pages viewed, clicks/scrolls, mouse and touch interactions, screen size/device data, language settings, approximate location), shortened IP address or pseudonymous user IDs as well as the content you voluntarily enter in surveys/feedback forms. The evaluation serves to improve the user experience, content and functionality of our website as well as product/service optimization.
Legal basis. For behavioral analysis and surveys/feedback, we base the processing on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Cookies/identifiers that are not required are only set after consent has been given; you can revoke or adjust your consent at any time with effect for the future via the cookie settings. Details on the Hotjar cookies used (names, purposes, storage periods, categories) can be found in the cookie declaration in section 3.
Recipient/third country transfer. Processing at Hotjar takes place within the EU/EEA; individual sub-processors or support accesses cannot rule out a transfer to third countries (in particular the USA). We base such transfers on suitable guarantees, in particular EU standard contractual clauses.
Storage period. Usage data and content from surveys/feedback are only stored for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes and then deleted or anonymized.
9. dealfront/leadfeeder (B2B web analysis and company identification)
We use Dealfront/Leadfeeder to evaluate page views in the B2B context and to recognize which companies (not: individual persons) have visited our website. Depending on use, technical usage data is processed for this purpose (e.g. pages accessed, time stamp, shortened IP address or IP-based assignment to a company network) and - if voluntarily provided by you - information from contact requests. The evaluation serves to improve our online offer and to address business customers.
Legal basis. For the use of cookies/identifiers that are not required (e.g. for recognition/attribution), we base the processing on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR; you can revoke or adjust this consent at any time via the cookie settings. We base the pure IP-based assignment at company level (without personal reference) on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in B2B analysis and sales management).
Recipient/third country transfer. Processing takes place at Dealfront/Leadfeeder within the EU/EEA; individual sub-processors or support accesses cannot exclude a transfer to third countries (e.g. USA). We base such transfers on suitable guarantees, in particular EU standard contractual clauses.
Storage period. Data is only stored for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes and then deleted or - where possible - anonymized or aggregated. Details on the cookies used (names, purposes, storage periods, categories) can be found in the cookie statement in section 3.
10. hubspot
We use HubSpot (HubSpot Inc., 25 First Street, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA; for EU customers also HubSpot Ireland Limited, 1 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland) for contact and other forms, website chat and newsletter registration and dispatch. Depending on use, we process in particular contact and master data (e.g. name, email, company, telephone number), content data (messages/enquiries, chat histories), newsletter opt-in data (time, source, double opt-in) and newsletter performance data (e.g. openings, clicks) for content and technical optimization. In addition, further processing takes place in the CRM for the purposes of customer and prospective customer communication.
Purposes. Processing and responding to inquiries (form/chat), ongoing communication and administration in the CRM; if consent has been given, direct marketing/newsletters including performance measurement.
Legal basis. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual communication/contract fulfillment) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient customer communication and CRM processes) for forms/chat/CRM; Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR in conjunction with Section 7 UWG for newsletters (consent, double opt-in; revocable at any time). Non-required cookies/identifiers from HubSpot are only set after consent has been given; details (specific cookies, purposes, storage periods, categories) can be found in the dynamic cookie declaration in the "Cookies & Consent Management" section.
Recipient/third country transfer. The processing takes place in our HubSpot client; a transfer to the USA is possible. We base such transfers on the EU standard contractual clauses and HubSpot's participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Storage period. We store form/chat requests as required and in accordance with statutory retention periods; marketing contacts until you withdraw your consent or object to direct advertising. Technical logs and newsletter performance data will be deleted or anonymized once the purpose no longer applies or within a reasonable period of time.
Unsubscribing from the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email and revoke your consent with effect for the future. You can also adjust your cookie preferences (e.g. for tracking functions) at any time via the cookie settings.
11 Rights of the data subjects
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR), insofar as the processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e or f GDPR.
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, please contact the address given in section 13.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. As a rule, the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA) is responsible for us; you can also contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence.
12. order processing
For the operation and further development of our website and associated services, we use service providers as processors in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR (e.g. hosting/IT operation, consent management, web analysis/marketing, communication/CRM, B2B web analysis). Processing is carried out exclusively in accordance with our instructions and on the basis of corresponding contracts. Insofar as a transfer to third countries (e.g. USA) is not excluded, it is carried out on the basis of suitable guarantees (in particular EU standard contractual clauses) and - if applicable - additional protective measures.
